Lowest Price Guarantee

Updated 4 November 2026. Price matching is available before purchase only for new orders.

Found it cheaper before you buy? We'll match it. Our Lowest Price Guarantee covers every Wahl, JRL and Kemei product we sell. Before placing your order, if you find the exact same Wahl, JRL or Kemei product for less at another Australian retailer, request a price match under these terms.

How it works

  • Before you buy: email the competitor's link to thebarberstoresupport@gmail.com. Your request must be submitted and approved before you place your order. If approved, we'll send you a price-match code to use at checkout.
  • After you buy: finding a lower price after your order has been placed does not qualify for a price adjustment, refund of the difference, store credit or cashback under this guarantee.

Price changes after purchase

Competitor price reductions, later promotions and changes to our own prices after purchase are not covered. Do not place your order first and request a price-match refund afterward.

These updated pre-purchase-only terms apply to new orders placed after this update takes effect. Any price-match promise offered when an earlier order was placed continues to apply to that order.

This restriction applies only to price-match adjustments. It does not affect eligible returns under our Refund Policy, our authenticity guarantee, or any rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law.

What qualifies

  • A Wahl, JRL or Kemei product: the same model, colour and version, brand new and in stock.
  • Sold by an Australian retailer with an Australian online store or shop, priced in AUD.
  • We compare the total price including delivery to your address.

What doesn't qualify

  • Products from other brands (the guarantee covers Wahl, JRL and Kemei only).
  • Marketplace sellers (eBay, Amazon Marketplace, AliExpress, Temu, Facebook Marketplace and similar), auctions and second-hand or refurbished items.
  • Members-only, trade-account, bundle, clearance or limited-quantity prices, coupon codes and cashback.
  • Prices that come from a pricing error.
  • Our own discount codes can't be used together with a price match.

We may need to check the price ourselves before matching it. Price matches are limited to reasonable personal or single-shop quantities. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
